Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional sales leader to elevate our Account Executive team's performance and drive organizational growth. This pivotal role blends strategic leadership with hands-on sales management, focusing on building and nurturing our high-performing sales organization. As a player-coach, you'll not only develop talent but also actively contribute to our revenue goals. What You’ll Be Responsible For 

  • Establish, track, and exceed ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Architect comprehensive onboarding and professional development programs that address skill gaps while enhancing domain knowledge and sales expertise
  • Seamlessly integrate new talent into our processes, systems, and culture
  • Conduct strategic pipeline audits to accelerate revenue generation and optimize workflows
  • Be a technical lead and SME in order to guide and close difficult insurance placements
  • Ensure CRM excellence through disciplined data management practices
  • Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to help Account Executives reach their full potential
  • Partner with recruiting to attract and secure top-tier sales talent

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of P&C commercial sales or brokerage experience (Property and Casualty insurance experience required)
  • Proven track record with 2+ years in sales leadership roles
  • Demonstrated passion for talent development and team building
  • Outstanding communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats
  • Exceptional professionalism, customer service orientation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and complex business applications
  • Resourceful problem-solver with strong initiative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Superior time management and organizational capabilities
  • Adaptable approach to learning and implementing new technology systems
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/AMS platforms and comparative rating systems
  • Insurtech or startup experience considered a significant advantage
