The Opportunity

Calling all current rising seniors with a passion for startups!!!! This isn't just an internship—it's your launchpad into the dynamic world of early-stage tech. You'll dive deep into the inner workings of a fast-growing insurtech startup, gaining hands-on experience with our People (HR) team while directly contributing to our company's growth and culture. Additionally, there will be opportunities to work on special projects led by our Chief of Staff and Director of Partnerships.

This is a paid internship based in our Midtown NYC office. Start date will be the beginning of summer at an agreed upon date.

Key Responsibilities

People Team:

• Drive recruitment and hiring efforts for our expanding team
• Engage in both day-to-day HR functions and strategic long-term projects
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
• Create comprehensive talent and HR documentation

Partnerships:

• Help building top of funnel for partnerships
• Assist with partnerships marketing 

Special Projects:

• Assist Chief of Staff on various initiatives including but not limited to Accounting/Finance, Go-to-Market, Product, Data, etc.
