About the Role:

As a Customer Operations Associate, you will play an essential part in ensuring a smooth insurance experience for our clients. You’ll process and maintain client, policy, and billing data, assist with policy changes, and collaborate closely with our U.S.-based teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with systems and data. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Process, maintain, and enter client, policy, and billing data in Coverdash’s Admin AMS system.
  • Operate within Coverdash’s ticketing system to manage and track client requests.
  • Process and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
  • Work within Coverdash’s online platform where clients can apply, purchase, pay for, view, and modify insurance policies.
  • Assist Account Managers with insurance applications and renewal preparation.
  • Handle daily downloads from carrier portals, including retrieving documents and updates for our book of business.
  • Process policy changes internally and with carriers, ensuring Admin is always up to date.
  • Complete endorsement quoting and issuance on carrier websites.
  • Support carrier quoting as needed.
  • Collaborate 1:1 with U.S.-based Service and Sales team members.
  • Handle billing notices and payment follow-ups, resolving payment issues with carriers.
  • Work with Ascend for payment and billing management.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, client servicing, or administrative support.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Comfort working with multiple systems, CRMs, and carrier portals.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
